Python plug-in for GIMP 2.10 and 3.0 – Filters → bgCut.net → Remove background.

Installation

Download and unpack the ZIP.
GIMP 2.10: copy bgcut_remove_bg.py into your plug-ins folder (Edit → Preferences → Folders → Plug-ins) and make it executable on Linux/macOS.
GIMP 3.0: copy the bgcut_remove_bg3 folder into the plug-ins folder.
Restart GIMP, open an image and run Filters → bgCut.net → Remove background…; enter your API key the first time.

Every integration needs an API key from your account:
